After 35 years of intermittent building works on our homes in London (we’ve moved three times) we have learnt to choose expertise, experience, reliability and commitment to the job over the cheapest quote (we have had some expensive mistakes on the way to this conclusion).
From our first meeting the Outlook Loft team were professional, straight forward and realistic. They offered us the opportunity to visit previous conversions that they had undertaken in our area. They worked hard and consistently through difficult weather and resolved some complex challenges with enthusiasm.
The finished loft conversion has more than met our expectations. Not only providing us with a large bed/sitting room and bathroom but also revealing a stunning view over London. We think we have received excellent value for money.
For the very first time in our lives we were sad when our builders finished the job and left. Bob and Alex and the team were a pleasure to have around. Always thoughtful and courteous.
