About Us

Outlook Loft Conversions Limited was incorporated in 1999 by the current directors David Boakes and David Hawkins along with Steve Brooker. We started working together 10 years previously as recently qualified apprentices and quickly realised we had all the skills required to manage our own projects.

We currently build around 40 lofts a year between our four core teams. Two are led by David Boakes and two by David Hawkins whom are on site every day. We believe it's our hands on approach along with our excellent and motivated workforce that that has given us our reputation for quality and continuity. We have always believed in providing the best service possible above all else and to give our customers the confidence that their building project will be made as painless as possible.
